Dear Norshore Cab Company, My commute from home to work is usually regular. Most of the time I would take the train. Though a few days ago I was caught with a dilemma, I had missed my train and there wasnt going to be another train for an hour, and I had only half an hour until I had to get to work. So I took out my cell phone and thought I would try your company. I had you in my planner directory but had never used your services. So I called and your cab came within 10 minutes. The ride was great. Usually Id have to walk a block from the train stop, but the driver took the quickest route ive ever seen and I was at work with time to spare. I will make Norshore Cab an important means of getting anywhere. Johnathan Riley |

Dear Norshore, Your cab company has one of the best out there. Ive tried alot of them, but so far you guys have really good service. During Thanksgiving, I had lot of family coming in, so I had to make like 8 trips to and from O'Hare. My son forgot to change the oil, so the car was down and out. I used your services and your prices were great. Had my family pay too. You guys got me there and back quickly, and there werent any parking hassles. The driver helped load the luggage too. Whenever I asked for the stationwagon, thats what I would get. You guys are great. Keepup the good work Mark Bonya |

Dear Norshore Cab Company, We had a warming experience yesterday evening when we used Norshore to take us home from O'Hare. Besides the pleasant, efficient service (which included help with our luggage), we had an unexpected bonus. Early this morning I wanted to use our cell phone, which I assumed was in my handbag. It wasn't there, so I tried calling its number so I could find it by following the ring. A man answered it, and I apologized for calling what I thought must be a wrong number, terminated the call, and tried again, dialing very carefully. The same voice answered. I apologized again, and verified the number. He assented, and , courteously but quickly said "don't hang up!" He told me that it was the number of a customer. I suddenly realized what must have happened, and identified myself as that customer. He had found the phone on the floor of his cab and was anxious to return it to its owner. Mr. Bashir, driver of cab number 117, deserves more than just the thank-you I preferred when he delivered the phone to my home. I hope you will place this note in his personnel file, and congratulate him on his honesty and gentlemanly behavior.
